Taking a moment to call out an excellent resource if you want to buy a Porsche with competitive pricing and best in class aftersales customer service. Over the years I have purchased at least 7 Porsches from Aaron Zielinski, you can see them in the Interests/Cars I’ve Owned section of this website. Starting in 2002 when my wife and I purchased a new Cayenne S when Aaron worked for Rizza Porsche in Orland Park, IL. Back then, the Porsche department operated out of the Rizza Ford Dealership, it was only later that they expanded the dealership and Porsche became stand-alone. Aaron is always honest and dependable. No salesy BS or attempted trickery. Just straight up professional honesty and a wealth of knowledge of the marque and Porsche history. Aaron soon was recognized as a top notch businessman and became General Manager for Monterey Porsche in California, which is part of the Lithia Partner Group. My most recent purchase was December 2024 when I was in the market for a Taycan. I contacted Aaron in Monterey and explained what I was after. I thought he might put me in touch with a local car that came close to my desired options but instead he said that he had a car that matched. It was a 2024 Taycan GTS in Ice Grey Metallic and Chalk/Black leather interior. The only thing not as I desired were the wheels, but Aaron sourced the wheels I wanted and we were good to go.
I requested the following to be added, dark window tint, full front Paint Protection Film, European side lights and Turbonite badging.
Aaron shipped the car to me in a covered trailer and picked up my 2015 Panamera GTS in trade – no muss no fuss and I got a very good price for it s it was in excellent condition for a car approaching 100k miles. BTW Aaron sold me that car too.
All in all, a terrific sales experience and the car has been fantastic and great value for money – not to mention the absence of gas price shock!
I should add that Aaron is now GM at Porsche Beverly Hills in California (part of the Lithia Partner Group) and doing quite well I am sure. I will likely buy another car from him in a year or so, assuming he is not the CEO of Porsche USA by then.
